Genesis is consistently identifying and analyzing various real estate assets to match investment opportunities to our investor's profiles.  We partner with brokers and real estate professionals across the U.S. to bring attractive off-market properties as well as innovative development options.


Genesis works with numerous national and regional lenders as well as debt funds to custom fit the appropriate debt with each project's equity or other layered capital.  


Our real estate development services involve site selection and analysis, owner’s representation, feasibility consulting, lease and purchase agreements. Genesis'  “build-to-suit” capabilities include understanding owners' objectives and establishing a development plan based on sound site, market, and financial analysis and then leading the project through design, construction and ongoing asset management. 

We have been involved in many development projects throughout the U.S. and taken a “build-to-suit” role and/or an equity position in those projects as owner/partners.

Programmatic Asset Management & Development

Our programmatic services are for the investor or equity partner that has found a unique method or property type fitting to their specific economic model and want to duplicate the asset type in multiple locations.  We facilitate this type of investor by putting our capital along side theirs, provide debt financing, development/re-development and put the asset in to production as quickly as possible.
